Today, we are getting to know Alli Rex, our talented Administrative Specialist. Alli is based out of Georgia and has been with Chazin & Company since March 2022. Let's learn more about her:
1. What's your role at Chazin & Company?
I am the Administrative Specialist at Chazin & Company. I work with the Operations Team, as well as the Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Team. I am responsible for processing the company payroll and performing various internal accounting tasks. I schedule potential candidate interviews, conduct various communications with new employees and ensure the onboarding process is complete. In my role I also schedule and perform new hire orientation meetings. As the Administrative Specialist I am responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
2. What's the most rewarding part about your job?
I truly enjoy getting to work with all the different employees and the various teams at Chazin & Company. I find it rewarding to be part of a strong internal team, and to help achieve the overall goals and mission of the company.
3. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Living an hour away from the beach, I enjoy going to the beach with my family any chance I get. I also enjoy running and doing anything outside.
4. What's your favorite volunteer activity?
I enjoy volunteering at any event our community holds for children. Seeing their excitement is the best!
5. Please share any exciting news or a fun fact about yourself:
I have four beautiful children – a 6-year-old, a 4-year-old and 2-year-old twins. My biggest baby of all is our 3-year-old Goldendoodle. There is never a dull moment, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. 😊
