Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your NFP SmartStart dashboard or by sending a cancellation email to nfpss@chazinandcompany.com. However, please understand your account will move to ‘Pending Cancellation’ status until the close of your current billing cycle. When your billing cycle closes, your NFP SmartStart will be cancelled, and you will no longer be charged for services. You may cancel by logging into your NFP SmartStart dashboard > My account > Subscriptions > Action > Cancel.
